• Director of Production Strong leadership skills with a strategic orientation, Managed high volume production revenue, Minimum of 8 direct reports, Experience in managing outsourcing model, Minimum 50-50 domestic/off-shore production mix, Minimum of 5 years experience in the permanent pop, fixture, in-store merchandising industry, Technical understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes
• Program Manager Experience in customer service/account management, Comfortable working in ERP system, Minimum of 5 years experience with inventory management, fulfillment, shipping, installations, Retail Fixture/POP industry experience a plus, International shipping/documentation experience a plus
• Project Manager Minimum of 5 years experience in the fixture, permanent pop, in-store merchandising industry, Technical understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes, Ability to manage the estimating, prototyping and production aspects of a project /high volume of projects, Experience in managing programs (shops/stores), Experience in managing off-shore production (China)
• Senior Engineer Retail store fixture design engineering experience, Technical understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes, Experience in Solidworks, Minimum 5 years production engineering experience
• Senior Estimator Minimum of 10 years experience in the fixture, permanent pop, in-store merchandising industry, Technical understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes, Ability to provide accurate pricing off of renderings/sketches, Experience in sourcing supply chain (domestic)
